1. Smile!  A smile can light up the whole room (and your crush's heart too!)

2. Be Outgoing! Guys love personality and spunk in a girl!

3. Be Confident! Confidence is a big turn on for guys. So don't walk around shy with your head down!  Walk with your head held high and don't be shy to say hi to say hi or smile to your crush... even if you don't even know him that well!

4. Compliment him!  Make sure to give him one or two nice compliments... don't go on and on about every good thing about him, that's a big turn off.  Guys love it if you don't just give him an obvious compliment such as "Nice hair" or "Nice shirt", tell him something like he has nice eyes or eyelashes.  These type of compliments are the best because it shows that you've really noticed him.

5. Play With Your Hair!  Touching your hair while talking to a guy lets him know that you're attracted to him - and you don't have to say a word. Twirl a piece of hair around your finger while talking to your crush, or pause every few minutes to slowly sweep your hair back off your face

6. Be Sweet!  Show him that you care about him.  If he's having trouble in class, offer to tutor him.  Remember not to act like a sleaze... guys hate that!  Be nice and be yourself!

7. Look, Look Away, Look Again! This is a flirty move that guys say they pick up strongly as a signal you're up for conversation with them. Throw a glance at a guy who interests you. Then, as soon as he turns to meet your look, immediately lower your eyes. Wait a second and then look back up at him and smile sweetly. He'll get the message!

8. Ask Open Ended Questions! Try to avoid asking "yes/no" questions in conversations with guys. If they're nervous or not great at small talk, you'll end up with a one-word answer, and a stalled conversation. Instead, ask "open-ended" questions that begin with "What do you think about.." or "How did you feel when.." that encourage him to give you more detailed answers.

9. Wink! If you're at a party or something and you see him, make eye contact with him and then smile sweetly and wink at him.  This shows that you're interested in him and aren't afraid to show it... which is good!

10. Don't Be Nervous!  It may be hard to talk to your crush, but try to stay calm!  Make sure not to talk too fast and always make eye contact while you're talking to him or listening to what he's saying
